Middle East Centre for Training and Development (MECTD) participated in the Middle East Government Agentic AI Forum 2026, held on 29 September 2026 at Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi. The event focused on the growing use of Agentic AI in government, public services and the workplace, bringing together speakers and representatives from government, technology, academia and other sectors.
The forum featured discussions on AI in public-service delivery, workforce transformation, upskilling and responsible implementation.
MECTD’s participation provided an opportunity to follow emerging developments in AI and consider their relevance to the Centre’s ongoing work on labour migration, workforce change and worker protection.
