From 20th to 24th November 2017, Mr. Francis Solomantine, Programme Officer of the Middle East Centre for Training and Development (MECTD) attended a course on ‘’Governing Migration at Local Level’’ in Turin, Italy. The course conducted the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO).
