From 17th to 27th February 2019, Mr. Francis Solomantine, Programme Coordinator of the Middle East Centre for Training and Development (MECTD) attended Third Orientation Programme on Migration in Patna, India. The event was organized by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Patna, where such orientation programme was conducted in two-phases where online sessions were conducted from December 2018 to February 2019.
